HELP! Server crashes all the time :(

Hi!
I really need help with my GunGame server!

This error is showing up all the time:

edict_num: bad number 9999

Any one who knows about this?

can it be something wrong with the gg-maps?

or something with deathmatch mode?

Is that ok to have deathmatch_delay 0 (zero seconds after you been dead, you respawn again)
